Euroheater AS has successfully completed a directed share issue of NOK 10 million to Swedish firm Promoteq AB, marking a significant strategic milestone as the company embarks on a capital-intensive growth phase. This infusion of capital strengthens Euroheater’s equity base and enables it to scale several promising projects designed for international markets.

Promoteq AB—an early customer and trusted partner of Euroheater—now joins as a strategic industrial shareholder following the acquisition of a 10% ownership stake, previously held by CRO Invest AS. With deep expertise in supplying advanced equipment to military, police, and medical sectors globally, Promoteq brings both financial strength and operational alignment to Euroheater’s mission.
