Capital Infusion Positions Euroheater for Global Expansion and Tactical R&D Push

Euroheater AS, a Norwegian leader in portable field heating systems, has secured NOK 10 million in new funding through a directed share issue to Swedish defense supplier Promoteq AB. The move marks a decisive pivot toward scaled production and next-gen R&D, aligning with growing global demand for autonomous, cold-weather tactical infrastructure.
Promoteq AB—already an operational partner and long-term customer—acquired a 10% stake previously held by CRO Invest AS. With a footprint in defense, medical, and public safety equipment distribution, Promoteq’s investment brings both strategic continuity and momentum to Euroheater’s global roadmap.
This financial boost supports expanded capacity and accelerates the development of modular, fuel-flexible technologies aimed at military, SAR, and expeditionary use. The timing dovetails with increased Arctic readiness efforts across NATO nations and a renewed focus on extreme-condition reliability.
Why It Matters to North America:
As Euroheater’s dedicated manufacturing partner in the region, CanHeat is now positioned to help scale deployment of these systems across Canada and the U.S. — from Northern training ranges to wildfire recovery zones. The capital raise ensures the supply chain resilience and R&D agility needed to meet real-world field demands in a changing climate and geopolitical landscape.
